Step 1: Measure Your Wrist
Grab a tape measure or a strip of paper to start. Wrap it around your wrist just above the wrist bone and mark where the paper meets with a pen or pencil. 

Step 2: Record the Measurement
Lay it flat and measure the length from the starting end to your mark with a ruler. Make sure the paper starts at the mark 0 on your ruler. Note this measurement as your wrist size.

Step 3: Compare Your Measurement
Refer to the sizes below to find your corresponding wrist size in inches or centimeters. Check the 'Description' section to see if the strap is a good fit for you. 

 
Note: Our 3-Layer Wrap Bracelet fits wrist sizes between 6.5" and 7.5". Our 5-Layer Wrap Bracelet is ideal for wrist sizes between 6.3" and 7.3".
