Refund policy

Just drop us an email within 30 days of receiving your parcel if you'd like a refund or exchange. We'll then send over easy-to-follow instructions for returning your jewelry. 

If you need to return an item, our customer service team will furnish you with a return address and all necessary details. Please ensure this information is clearly visible on the package label or box. Don't forget to share the return tracking number with us via email at contact@auraveri.com so we can monitor its progress.

You'll cover the shipping fee for returning the item(s) to us.

Once your package arrives at our facility, it'll take a few days (in rare cases, up to 14 days) to process your request. Our warehouse team will carefully verify and account for everything you've sent us.

As soon as we receive confirmation from our warehouse, we'll reach out via email to confirm receipt of your return and finalize the process.

Please remember: for a refund or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. Also, Auraveri gift cards are non-refundable. Taxes, duties, and shipping costs are non-refundable for all countries.
